Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

The pictures are indicated of the packaging. The packaging of the product might differ from one shown in the picture. The product in the packaging will be same as mentioned in description.

Where can I view my sales invoice /receipt?

A Sales Invoice will be sent to the email address you place the order with. In order for you to see the same on our website, it is recommended that you sign up when you place an order. If you do so, you would be able to see the same.

What is the shelf life of the products?

The shelf life of Juices is 6 months, and shelf life of Cashews, Cashew Butters and Relishes is 9 months from the date of manufacturing.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship our ambient products across India.

How are orders shipped?

We currently ship our ambient range pan-India via courier. These products are shelf stable at room temperatures. After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information from our courier partners. Please note, we may ship your orders in multiple shipments.

Can I edit, cancel, or return my order?

Orders placed cannot be cancelled. For address revisions, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the necessary changes before the order is dispatched. At this time, we are unable to edit the contents of your order after it is confirmed. We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of the products.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of an order confirmation. Most orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in a damaged condition?

If you receive a damaged order, please call our customer care at 9820981882 or email us at [email protected], mentioning your Order ID. Please share a clear image of the damaged products as well, otherwise we will be unable to process a resolution
